Location Embarcadero Marina Park South, San Diego, CA
Just down from the convention center, very near the ocean's edge, there is a modest-sized park with plenty of large trees and walking trails. It was ideal for a quick birding trip after the conference ended for the day. I found him in one of the tall trees. It was very nice to get another one of the western warblers, and it would be the only new bird of the trip.
Cornell: Black-throated Gray Warbler
