Location Chief Logan, near Chilicothe, OH
I saw him three times. First, he was soaring over the beaver pond. The sun was shining right through him, so I wasn't able to get all the markings, but I did see the banded tail, and most importantly, he was calling as he soared.
Second, he was perched in a tree being mobbed by Blue-gray Gnatcatchers.
Third, he flew over the admin building.
